Hi All,

Been lurking around the forums for a while now. Took my class on 1/16-17 and sent out my package today. Let the wait begin.
1/16/10 CHL Class
1/17/10 CHL Shoot
1/19/10 Mailed package to DPS
1/21/10 Package received by DPS
1/30/10 Pin Received, Processing Application
2/16/10 License Issued
2/20/10 Plastic in hand

Emailed today and got this reply "The application is near completion. Thank you for your continued patience. "

I guess I'll be checking more frequently on Monday.

Rene M. is the person that sent the email. Just checked the website, still showing in progress.

I don't want to pester them so I'll wait a couple more days before asking agian. Probably busy with all the applications and don't want to go to the bottom of the pile.

As many emails as Rene M. gets each day, she is always cordial and helpful. That's the first time I've ever said that about a State employee and I am a part time State employee!
