Well

Post by neiltus »

This afternoon, I received an email from the same dps chl rep that initially emailed me to tell me my status was switched to processing. She said that my CHL license was active and being mailed today. My online status is still set on "processing".

Hopefully I will get it this week. It has been 119 days to today.

I should point out that last week I contacted my state reps, one I know more than casually. I also wrote a email to Perry and CC'ed the CHL group on it (and it was not as professional/courteous). I pulled the demand for hearing as I was post 90 days.

And as for a Wally Walk...I don't step foot in those places... :nono:

I wish 'faster' processing on the remainder of yall.

Congrats! I hope everyone out there begins to stand up and say "no more, you're going to obey the law just like we're supposed to". That's what we're supposed to do!

This morning my online status changed to Active. I also received a phone call from someone at DPS saying that my license was in the mail and I should receive it within 1-2 weeks (hopefully sooner than that).
