The TABC Might want to know about this. By law, they are supposed to post it in a publically viewable location, and freely present it to anyone who asks, no questions asked. Did they eventually show you the paperwork? What did it say?
"SIGN=RED" Means 51% location
"SIGN=BLUE" Means it is not.
