If you have not read Charles original post, that one is not just a discussion post or for fun. He is going to use the stats at the next Legislative session & needs accurate count & a willingness to document time if it took a really long time. For you new guys, that will be a really important contribution to CHL legislation & may be the greatest help you can be to future CHL applicants as a new carrier. I am going to keep meticulous records on my renewal from mail date to all changes on the web to any communication to arrival.

." Yeah... Now I sit and wait for the mailperson to deliver my envelope.. YEAH...
