Arrg Packet mailed to Applicant

i pre-registered and paid my fee online on may 21

took the class june 7
sent it out june 9
they recieved it june 13

and i'm still getting this very annoying "packet mailed to applicant"

should i make a call or wait it out because i've heard of people getting their status change around the one month mark

It took DPS 98-99 days after receiving my application to change the status to "processing application".

I just mailed my packet in and they received it July 16th. After reading some of the posts on this forum I might get it by Christmas. Oh well, time to go shopping for some more toys in preparation.
