Oh the Agony!

Ok, so I have yet to wait as long as some others at there. Still, it is no fun. DPS received my packet on 12/5/07. They kindly cashed my check on 12/12/07. I still do not have a PIN. In fact I just find out about the whole PIN thing tonight. I did email them about that, so I'll see what happens. The problem is that I am now mentally going over my packet in my head wondering if I messed up somewhere. I just hope everything is ok.

The PIN will show up about 30 days after they receive your package in Austin and with the holidays in the middle, I would not be surprised to see that delays a couple of days. In the meanwhile, there is loads of great information available here.

They got my paperwork on 12/4. I read about the pin thing here, emailed them and they emailed me a pin the next day. They have had my paperwork a month and a day before they changed the website to show app being processed. If you don't get a email back by Tuesday I would call. Good luck!
