Began 2/24....no update on website

[Neverenough]

Getting a little upset at the time it is taking them to just update the website. I took the class 2/24, prints, 2/26.....they say my start date (for 60 days) was 2/28. No problem, but the website shows nothing. Doesn't mention documents received, no "green, red or any color anything". I have called 4 times and they keep telling that it can take up to 60 days. It doesn't make sense, given other people's timing.

My concern is that I don't really have a case to force their hand that something is wrong, until 60 days. When others have already received permits when we took the class.

I don't mind waiting....would just like to see the website update so I know things are rolling.

Any suggestions besides calling the 512 number?

I am thinking about asking for a Supervisor.....something seems off.
