Ok I got email response saying

Our records indicate your license was selected for issue on 04/20/2016. Allow several days for printing and preparation for mailing. After mailing date, your license should arrive between 7-14 business days.

Does this mean its almost time for me
Seems like it. Don't expect it will come in a day or so, but it does look like your heading to the finish line.

I am currently 86+ days out from my "all in" date. (At least from the date of the confirmation of DPS receiving my Documents) The Governors Office is the way to go to get results. I sent an email yesterday and got a return email a few hours later saying they had sent it over to DPS to get an answer from them. I got another email from the Gov's office about an hour ago asking for me to provide my DL# and phone number so the DPS Chief could find the hold-up...... Hey don't be scared to make these people do their jobs, It's what they get paid to do!!! :smash:
What email address did you use ?
Just Go to the Governor's Webpage. There is a link that will take you to a fill in the blank email.... It works, My app sat in limbo for 90 days, Friday I received an email from DPS stating that Both My wife and my applications had been approved and I should receive my card in 10-14 days...... Just a few days after sending the first email to the Governors office...

Nothing else since.

Is below the confirmation email that everyone speaks of?

I made a mistake with my original post. My CHL-100 was submitted online 2/17/2016 and confirmation email received same day.

Just got off the phone with RSD. My LTC was "sent to print" on 4/22. No status change on website. Is that normal?

CHL-100 1/30/16
Fingerprint - 2/23/-16
Online Application-2/29/16
Mailed all forms- 2/29/16

When I go to https://txapps.texas.gov/txapp/txdps/chl/ and put in my DL and birth date, it always comes back:

LICENSE APPLICATION STATUS: If you have a pending License to Carry a Handgun application, please allow sufficient time for processing. If you have not already done so, please submit all of the items listed on the checklist you received. DPS will notify you by mail if further information or additional documents are required.

Should I still wait for the site to update? Call or mail another set of papers?

Thanks

It's normal. Mine didn't change until the day before my plastic arrived.

Did you get a confirmation email that everything had been received? If not, I'd give them a call to make sure it got there.

Yes I didn't wait long but I also don't see a change in the site so I don't know if that was the reply to get me off the Phone or if the site takes time to update. Does anyone know what time the site updates?

from what I've gathered watching the forum it's usually in early morning.

Agree with vjallen. Also, I'm sure I've read that many have received plastic before the site updated.
