When are we supposed to start counting?

So I submitted my application and paid the fee on 1/3, but I didn't submit fingerprints until 1/11 and didn't get confirmation of my supporting documents until 1/22... which of these l dates should I start counting from?

I think most of us start from the email confirmation date.

I'm at 59 days from my emailed confirmation date now and I've heard zero, zip, zilch, nada, except for "we have all of your documents please wait 2-3 more weeks."

I would use the confirmation date. I would look for plastic end of march. The wait times seem to be all over the place but I would think the earliest would be around 45 days from confirmation. Mine took less than 60 recently.
