I spoke with one of the agents Darrell maybe two weeks ago and he told me that my paperwork wasn't received til 11/20 which I didn't understand because back in December a lady named Victoria told me that my background check had been going on for a month prior. No arrests or anything just a common name and JR with a father who's name had been stolen/fraud by a cousin (family can be the worst). So I had based my 60th day off the 2nd of November when I got the confirmation email but Darrell switched that to 11/20. Today being my 60th day and my online status changed!!!!! Hoping my plastic will be here later on this week! The wait has been so overwhelming considering its hard to speak with an agent since they have the phones going to automated messaging and because I thought my 60th day was the 2nd of January.

your time line sounds just like mine! I posted a reply on another comment you made regarding the wait after the website changed. mine was approved last week, website finally changed last night. hoping I see it in the mailbox at home when I get off work!

Not sure but I did receive my plastic today! Website did change for me yesterday, and was approved middle of last week according to the rep when I called.
