Contacting DPS via website
My wife is still waiting for her plastic which has been 3 weeks longer than what mine took. She sent an email to DPS, got a confirmation that they got the request but a week later she still has not been contacted back. Has anyone ever got an answer back when they requested by email or website?

I tried contacting thru website twice and never got response. Call them and wait on hold until you get a person.

I have not heard of anyone getting a reply from the website. Everyone has better luck calling

Re: Contacting DPS via website
A friend and I each saw in another forum thread that DPS had changed their policy about fees for veterans. I submitted an online query - no reply. My friend had the same experience. Some at DPS must use their Delete key frequently. Other experience in dealing with DPS has been disappointing too.

Re: Contacting DPS via website
I showed my wife this thread Friday evening & she said that she would call them on Monday. I was on the way home from work and sitting at a long light so I decided to check her status online & she got her update. I called her & she did not believe me so she checked for herself, plastic on the way.
