The 3rd Circuit's decision explicitly shows that as a group they are a Second-rate court. How hard is it to have a court that follows the law?

I'm thinking that there must be a lot of law schools that don't explain the phrase "shall not be infringed". I also missed the part in the 2nd Amendment that even mentioned the home. I think this all comes under the heading of "MSU".. The first word is "make"... The last word is "up"

The two majority judges followed the trend of other Circuits where the Second Amendment is being degraded and reduced to second-rate status. Only a month ago, the First Circuit ruled the Second Amendment does not apply outside of the home.
When a significant portion of a population decides that the judiciary of its Nation is not representing its rights, it places the Judiciary, Legislature and Executive Branches into a tenuous position. If enough Citizens don't believe in the integrity and in fact the legitimacy of their government, things can get very dicey rather quickly.
IMO, we've been marching steadily towards such a condition and face the real prospect of large portions of our population rejecting the authority and standing of the government.

It seems like they are just daring the SCOTUS to agree to hear a case and over rule them.
Of course, there's always the "be careful what you wish for" thing. For both sides in this case.
