Don't know if y'all have seen this, but Rep. Rigell (VA) is sponsoring a bill that would allow a military spouse to purchase a firearm in the state of the active duty member's duty location (Just like the AD member is allowed to do). You can't contact Rep. Rigell if you aren't in his district in Virginia, but you can contact your own rep and encourage them to support that bill.
