Would be curious to hear your take on it after using for a while. Have been toying with the idea of buying one for my Dillon for a bit.

I've got a feeder on my Dillon and would not be without one!

You sir, are about to get spoiled.

I like the case feeder for the LnL. Bullet feeder - not so much (bullet feed dies though are nice!). ironically, when I'm loading .40, I've found that the "extra" plastic tube for the case feeder fits nicely into the .40 bullet feed die, so I just stack a bunch of .40 bullets into that tube. No need for a complicated bullet feeder :cheers2:

Oh wow! Look at you go. Looks like a nice set up. It is taking everything I got to resist buying one of those fancy progressive reloaders. I suppose if I could sell my RCBS single stage it would help pay for it.

Andy, before long I won't even be able to see you anymore with all that dust you are kicking up with that Hot Rod Reloader..!!!!
When I grow up, I wanna have some toys like you have... :thumbs2:

I don't even have a progressive press any longer, my Dillon got sold to pay some bills and never recovered yet... :banghead:

But I will at some point....I have been using my T7 and a few single stage RCBS RC presses for pistol and rifle ammo.
Only progressive presses I have are my MEC 9000's 12 & 20 gauge.

Hey...They work ok for now...I dont shoot that much any longer so it's ok. ( Kinda )

Me neither....

I'm playing in old grease like a kid right now...Rebuilding an old 1750 Snap-On vise I have had for 35 years. It's a keeper...MADE IN U.S.A...!!!! By Americans, not china..11111

About to place the vise in an electrolysis vat I made to remove everything but metal.

So...I'm playing in grease and baking soda/water with voltage...Tell me thats not fun...!!! :patriot:

Andy,

Just a little fix here if you find this to be a problem. Occasionally when loading 223, I would find that the feed tube would allow the cases to drop correctly, but when the cases reached the top where the microswitch is, the smaller case diameter or a 223 would not trip the microswitch. This would result in the feeder continuing to run cases until they fell to the floor or jammed the wheel.

My solution to this problem was to take the microswitch out of the feeder, and slip a small piece of heat shrink over the microswitch lever. It extends the switch by about 1/4" or so. This allows the switch to be depressed by the smaller necked cases.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

C

I will try to post a picture later this evening of what it looks like. Costs nothing, but works well.. How is it feeding with the 45 ACP's?
