When is the cutoff date? Please PM me with details... I am looking to buy primers...
I still have one person left to add to the spreadsheet (attached in OP), but you are welcome to join in if you would like. We will be placing the order from Powder Valley, hopefully the 31 of January if I can get everything finalized. just shoot me a PM or email of how many you would like and when I send out PMs to the participants tomorrow I can send you more details. It looks like we will be in for a backorder wait with the shipping policies and product availability the way they are.

I noticed on the spreadsheet folks were ordering primers.
Can I add 1000 CCI small pistol primers?

Just called PV and they confirmed that the order does not hit the card until it ships. I trust the members of our forum, but I would like to get payment as soon as possible to avoid making the wife angry when it does hit. I am still planning on sending this order 1/31/13. Please get any changes to your order confirmed with me by the 30th.

Any failure to pay will result in me putting your items up for auction at twice our low price :biggrinjester:

Did y'all see the update on PV's website today? They are no longer taking orders on back ordered products.

I got my shipping confirmation for my order today! :thewave I placed my order on Jan 9 and it shipped today.

Orders placed today for in stock items will ship approximately March 4.
We are currently processing orders placed on Jan 8!
You will receive an invoice when your order is processed and
tracking information when the order ships.

BACKORDERS: (Effective 01/29/13 at 8 AM ET)
Due to the overwhelming number of orders and the extreme supply shortages we are temporarily discontinuing our policy of accepting backorders. Over the past two months we have done everything we can to keep up with the orders including hiring several new employees and working 7 days a week. However, recently we have come to the realization that we simply can not continue to take orders for items that we have no idea when will be available, nor can we expect customers to continue to wait 4-6 weeks for us to process their in stock orders. Orders that are placed for items listed as "Out of Stock" on the website will be immediately canceled. All customers who have backorders in our system currently will not be affected and these orders will be processed as soon as the items come available. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ok, I will be looking for an alternative supplier. I will update everyone when I find a solution.
Edit: 1/31/13 I have a midterm tomorrow morning, so I have not had an opportunity to find another vendor. I will have plenty of time tomorrow afternoon.

Bump to add the print off from Midsouth and announce that RHenriksen has added the breakdown of hazmat and expected shipping cost to everyone's totals. You can mail me payment, or we can arrange to meet up and shoot the breeze for a while and then exchange payment. I would like to meet some more of my local forum members if time permits. If you decide to make it down for Mardi Gras this weekend I would be glad to grab a beverage of some sort with you at whatever locale you feel comfortable.

Just looked at the PDF, and what jumps out at me is that I don't see a hazmat fee anywhere? I don't want you to get reimbursed by the participants of the group buy based on that $709 total, only to discover that the hazmat fee gets tacked on at shipment time & wind up having to solicit another round of reimbursements from us.

If you pull the subtotal and shipping out of the $709 total you will notice the hazmat fee is built in.
