Some spasmatics demand a small base die, which sizes the case just a bit smaller than normal dies. I have never had this problem with my AR's but a Remington 742BDL 30-06 had the same symptons you are describing and the small base dies fixed it.

As far as the wolf ammo the lacquer coated stuff was supposed to cause problems in ar's and i believe that some companies recommended you not shoot it in their ar's then they came out with polymer coated cases which chambered and extracted better and didn't leave a film
