Caution this is a graphic video (from a distance) of a person being shot multiple times.
I'm not sure why this one guy shot the other but, it happens very fast. I don't know if it is random or these two people knew each other as it is quite odd to understand why it happened.
Did the one guy diss the other with the door? Makes no sense to me. Did he see the person walking by through the window and came out with the gun drawn?
Man the Big Mac is not the only thing dangerous about McDonalds.
Guns are illegal in New York.

...brings up a good point...we may take a round or two...have we made up our minds to keep in the fight??? the likelihood of a "Gunsmoke" moment is slim...it's not about fast draw...it's about awareness and alertness...and rock-hard determination....

The guy was ambushed.
It's hard to describe what happens in an ambush if you haven't been in one. People who are in condition RED and expecting an ambush get surprised by an ambush. This guy was obviously not in red and probably in white. The only thing you can do if ambushed is get out of the kill zone and counter attack immediately.

I will have to say police appeared in 30 seconds according to video time unless it was sliced to keep it short. It also looks like the "victim" was reaching for his own weapon after the first shot or 2, I guess it could also be from a bullet stike hard to determine.

It's also interesting to note what the ambushee did once he couldn't get his gun out. He dropped, possibly from taking a round, and then started rolling, like he was on fire. Could this be a thought out action to keep moving and make himself a more difficult target?

I find it interesting that the red shirt (shooter) came down the street and looked back at the white shirt (bleeder) twice before entering McD. It makes me wonder if the white shirt might have actually been after the red shirt.

The above link tells the story in more detail.
The shooter and victim had an argument prior to the shooting.
The shooter was using a .32 Smith and Wesson revolver and hit the victim with 4 rounds.

If I was engaged like this at point blank I'd attempt to land a solid punch to the gunman's neck or under the chin, then draw down on the guy while hastily backing up... A good pop would likely buy you enough time to draw and get a bead on him.
Of course, this is all assuming that my Hollywood Seagal-like reflexes don't fail me in that first split second.
