Bearer of (evidently new) CHL exposes self at Plano Academy

My son works in the sports dept at the Academy on the Tollway in Plano near Park. He just dropped by the house and told me about an incident that happened today...
He was working the gun counter when a guy walks up asking for some .380 range ammo. My son grabs a box to show what's in stock. As he turns back to face the guy, he's standing there with shirt pulled up, pistol drawn. As he popped the mag out of the weapon my son looked around, and -- seeing that no one else was watching the gentleman -- quickly told him to put it away. The guy responded, "But I've got my CCL???" To which my son responded, "Yes, and there's a reason that it is called a
"concealed" license."
The guy bought the ammo and left the store...still one fry short of a happy meal.

Well, if he doesn't even know it is a C
HL, and not a C
CL, then you have to wonder if he really does have one. Or, how much of the class he slept through.

Since he used "CCL", he may be from another state.

I was just glad to find out that it was a firearm that was exposed instead of his "self" as the title indicated.
