I just read this and the stories that TAM posted earlier in the thread. I sure hope that over the past few years people got smarter with their firearms and more knowledgeable on the laws.

I will say one thing, Roff sure knows how to take a beating, cause he has been punched and kicked for 3 pages now. Given Roff made some VERY big mistakes, but he has acknowledged them and said that he has learned from them, I will take his word for it. Now since I have started I might as well add my two cents, the first situation was bad bad bad bad bad, and Roff is lucky he did not get into some serious trouble, I hope that Roff understands this. In the second situation I think some situational awareness would have gone a long way. Thats all I have to say, I wish Roff good luck and hope he has changed.
