Yep. I guess because he didn't stick around he's a criminal. Maybe if a few more of these guys get shot this game might come to an end.

I'm still not convinced this story is accurate. I'd like to see some other news article of any sort corroborating it (even if the other story is written with an opposite slant). If it is true, I'm not saying I feel bad for the thugs in the least. However, this is exactly the sort of thing that the antis use to push for gun control...which is why I remain unconvinced of the veracity of the story. One would imagine that it would be all over CNN and MSNBC, with them screaming about the "evil vigilante" and the "poor youths", or some such.
