Out here in the country, we just call the Animal Control to pick up skunks/porcupines/bobcats etc to test for rabies; never thought about shootin' em, we hadn't gotten that hungry yet.

That's what they all say. Any time you ask about any kind of exotic meat, the answer is always, "Tastes like chicken". I think it's a ruse to get you to put that nasty stuff in your mouth, at which point it will be too late to take it back.
