These days my first thought is “distracted driver.” Too many people so addicted to their cell phone and instant message gratification, gets really dangerous on the streets.

When I lived and worked in Alaska, during the summer (both days of it) you could read a newspaper outdoors at midnight no problem. Didn't need no stinkin' DST
