He should be charged with aggravated assault. But more than likely will be charged with deadly conduct. If they can show it was intentional it could be attempted murder. These are the kind of idiots that make it hard for responsible gun owners to be seen in a positive way. I hope they throw the book at him, there is no excuse for this, a 40 year old should know better. JMHO

In one report, a witness was quoted as saying the shooter had the gun out of the holster and was spinning it on his finger before holstering.
That would do it.
