Angled Fore Grip On PCC

#1

Post by carlson1 »

I apologize ahead of time for this question. I am sure it has been asked an answered, but my search skills must not be any good.

I know a fore grip is illegal on AR Pistols and such. I believe I have read that an Angled fore grip was legal. Does anyone know for sure? I would like to put the angled fore grip below in my CZ Scorpion EVO3 S1 pictures below also.

>26 inches=vertical and angled foregrips are good to go.
<26 inches=only angled foregrip.
This is measured from the rearmost end of the firearm (some argue in it’s most collapsed form, some argue in it’s full extended length, I go by collapsed length to be safe.) to the crown of your barrel, unless your muzzle device is pinned and welded, in which case you would measure to the end of the muzzle device. I would advise with the Scorpion to use an angled foregrip.

May I remind everyone that Form 1 tax stamps are coming back wicked fast right now (2-4 weeks) which would allow you to configure your weapon any way you like. I’m taking advantage of this next week, hopefully to have stamps in possession by January.

Thanks JB. I have a couple of NFA items now and really don’t want anymore. That being said if “what’s his name” does win the Whitehouse I am sure everything I own will need a stamp.

Here’s to praying Trump’s legal team exposes the rampant corruption going on inside our election process.

The gun in your picture is a pistol, not a carbine.

Any forward grip would be fine on a carbine, but things change when we are talking about pistols.
