Poly80 Experience?

Does anyone have any experience with Polymer 80 builds? I am wanting to get one, I like the frame, i want to customize the slide and barrel and such. I was debating just going to a gun shop to get a custom made ‘Glock’ but they want $1,450 (all zev lower parts, agency arms barrel, and zev slide). I am wondering any shops actually will put the stuff together for me if i buy all the items necessary. Not sure what is most cost effective, starting from scratch or buying a used glock 19.
