Unfortunately the victim was killed...

The car-jacker was stopped by a citizen with a firearm...

No mention of a license to carry at all in the story...I do have a sneeky feeling that this guy (citizen) has a license and he is possibly a participant at PDO...

Read down towards the end of the article...The defending citizen stated he did not want to discuss anymore aspects of the shooting per legal advise...With the press of course...

Good advise...

Amazingly no mention of any CHL or CCW license...

Maybe there is none, but a Georgia expert may come along and educate me on the CCW laws there...

I'm thinking this guy is a license holder...

The media doesn't want to expose that possibility, because it would promote Concealed Handgun Licence effectiveness...

Remember Tyler, Texas???

At least that one came right out and talked about it...

But I always thought that that incident was portrayed by the media as a "See! even if you have a license, you'll be killed for interfering!" type deal...

Thats what I think is going on here...

But thats just me...

The news media has already pulled the text story, but the video is still active...

Now, a slight deviation here...

Watch the video, and when they talk about the armed civilians' truck...They pan over and theres this guy in shorts and a tee-shirt, with a girl who goes around and pulls something up out of the back of his drawers...Looks like she gave him a wedgy, but it happened to quick for me to discern accurately...

Just something funny I noticed, I suppose...It may be she's putting a wallet back in the pocket or something...

But notice who sees it...
