Recommendations for combat pistol as well as a carry gun

I have a M&P45 that I love and shoot well but at $20 per box of ammunition it is getting cost prohibitive to continue to use this one as my primary combat pistol as well as carry gun. I like big guns but thinking a 9 mm combat or carry pistol would be better.

My choices are boiling down to the following 9 mm pistols - 92FS M9, Sig P229 or Sig P320 Carry? May consider a Glock 19 but my wife may disown me.

Suggestions? Weight not really an issue - size could be but more interested in guns that have good availability for magazines (without paying out the nose) and 15 or more round capacity.

If that is really out of the question, how about an M&P9 since you already have the 45? The compact line of CZs are really nice too.

I to would suggest a Glock 17/19. But if you already own an M&P 45, why not go with an M&P 9? Your already familiar with it so why not stick with something you know?

The best combat handgun is: Glock 19 (at least MARSOC thinks so, I prefer the 17).

The best carry gun is: Glock 19.

So, get you two Glock 19s and you will be all set for both.
