I was wondering if anyone had any experience with some of the belly-band type holsters that can be worn under soccer shorts or the like and can recommend one?

I will sometimes use my alien gear cloak tuck 3.0 and just attach it to a belt then put on athletic shorts.

I've used a Pistolwear PT-2 when running, it worked pretty well.

I've carried a lcp iwb in a sticky holster wearing basketball shorts. Cinch down the draw strings and it stays pretty well.

http://www.undertechundercover.com/ has undershirts (similar to the 5.11s), compression shorts, and leggings. I don't have any direct experience with them but a friend of mine wears the leggings and loves them. I'm not the leggings type but the compression shorts may work for under unstructured shorts.

I'm also interested in the pistolwear.

I do it once in a while with a remora holster, I have not had any issues carrying a Glock 26.

I can move it up to my chest for the under-arm carry position, down to my waist for 4 o'clock or appendix carry - or even lower for crotch-style carry so nothing pokes above the belt-line. Pretty versatile thing and I haven't been outed yet, even when I've asked folks to look. I don't imagine Yosoo per se is the best brand but I do like the flexibility in options that the belly-band offers.
$14 and free shipping too. It sounds like a bargain.

FYI - I found another listing that had more reviews. Some purchasers said it was only good for a very small gun.

Soccer shorts?! Jadoti, are you a referee?

Seems to me another Plaxico Burress incident waiting to happen.

No, not a ref, just wear them alot... though guess it's getting that time of year where they should not be coming out anymore, it's getting a bit nippy out. And I'm looking for a decent holster compatible with my clothes to *avoid* the Plaxico effect... don't want it slipping down my leg. :)

Thanks for all the responses, I think I'll try a couple, like the pistolwear and the yosoo. Not too keep on keeping it in a holster in my pocket, and not too fond of the idea of wearing the normal belt/holster arrangement, but it wouldn't hurt to check it out.

I just started wearing one over the holiday and agree 100% about the flexibility of positioning. (I am wearing it under a dress shirt, and over a tee shirt.)
