Going to Dallas tomorrow... want to have lunch at a good place that allows conceal carry. Any locals have any recommendations?

Mia's Tex-Mex on Lemmon, if you are in that area. The brisket tacos are amazing. Failing that, any instance of Mi Cocina.

For the best hamburgers try a dive called Maple & Motor located at, 4810 Maple Ave, Dallas, TX 75219. Dallas has some many places that are great so it is hard to choose just one.
