This might be what you are looking for. Safariland Model 771.
It is 90 degree adjustable.

I've got a couple of these for single and dbl. stack mags. Well made and may be worn vertical or horizontal w/adjustable mag retention. Do not buy directly from DeSantis - cheaper elsewhere.

I had the kydex holster guy at my local gun shop make my horizontal mag holder. It turned out pretty good! Molded to my magazine, has great retention, comfortable to wear, it only cost me $30+tax, and he had it ready in less than a week's time.
