Fine upstanding parents there! People who do things like that to kids should get a dose of thier own medicine.

Unfortunately this kind of crap happens all of the time. I cannot count the amount of times I have seen parents "just run in" to the store, leave the car running and children in the car. Stupidity is a dominant trait in some folks.....
