Retention holster for a M&P with RMR

RMRs (Red Dots) on carry handguns are becoming more and more common. S&W even sells a CORE model that is optics ready. The problem is I cant find a retention holster (not just friction) that will work with one. Safariland has a ALS based one for Glocks and you can order a M&P one from them, but it only fits if the RMR is all the way to the rear. The CORE and others have it in front of the rear sight which makes it to far forward for a lot of holsters. The pin for the retention on a standard ALS is right where the RMR goes so i cant just dremel it out. They say the 5.11 is the same way.
Any ideas?

I used a G-Code Holster and used a dremel tool to make a channel for the RMR. It's a level 3 retention holster

I have two M&P COREs, one with a LeupoldDelta and one with iron sights no optic. They both fit in an iwb Galco king tuck as well as a blackhawk retention holster.

I have non-retention holsters that would work fine and I was wanting to stay away from the Serpa design, but that G-code might work just fine.

I ended up with a 5.11 thumb drive OWB. It fits right off the bat but i sure do prefer the ALS locking system. I took it to a event over the weekend and the process of pressing down to release takes much more thought than just the simple thumb movement to release a ALS. By the end of the weekend i had nice blood blisters on the tip of my thump from releasing that system all weekend. For now it will work, but i will be first inline for a ALS holster for RMRs.
