Well, it does look like she just fired off at least one round.

I don't think it was part of today's festivities. She's wearing a blue outfit in this picture and she had on a mostly white one today with a white hat.

Well, considering that her first yacht carried 8 15" guns, she's probably well acquainted with all of the right concepts ;)
