Poly Kahr with Crimson Trace?

#1

Post by Warhammer »

I'm going to be picking up a CM9 very soon and I'm toying with the idea of putting the CT Laser Guard on it. I'm wondering if the extra thickness it adds to the underside of the trigger guard or the activation button right under the trigger guards will be bothersome. Has anyone here with a polymer Kahr had experience with the CT Laser Guard? What are your thoughts?

I have a PM9 w/CT and absolutely have no regrets whatsoever. I cannot tell any difference in thickness or comfort.

What I did notice is a bit more difficulty/annoyance with finding quick holsters. If you order Crossbreed, no issue. If you order online via Optics Planet or other online retailers, no issue. If you plan to visit local shops to pick up a holster, you will be hard pressed to find any that will accomodate the PM9 w/CT.

Good luck with your decision - no noticeable loss in comfort, weight, or size, but more limitation on holster selection/availability.

Cheers.
