Re: HOLSTER FOR SIG P238 ???
DM Bullard makes a nice holster for the 238, also Galco has one that is IWB and tuckable which works well for me if I carry my 238. Since the gun is so small and light you have many different options, even a WRB nylon holster will work well and only cost around $35.00

Re: HOLSTER FOR SIG P238 ???
I had a hard time finding a holster for my 238 with the Sig laser, but finally I found an off-the-shelf one from Talon Training Group for 50 bucks. Here's a link to the product. My 238 fits perfectly in the holster and I'm extremely pleased - I wear the Sig a bunch and the holster is holding up very well. I'll buy another one of these if it ever breaks or wears out.

i have a kholster that i really like , cheaper than the crossbreed (very barebones ) and made so you can trim yourself but its the same concept hybrid type .
i been thinking about trying a bullard also they look sweet !
if your handy in the workshop a little help from youtube a sheet of kydex and a trip to a crafts store and you can easily build your own hybrid holster , thats what i did and thats the one i wear everyday now . i made mine just a little smaller than the khoster and nicer leather
not to steer you away from a quality holster . i still plan on ordering a bullard to make sure im not missing out .
i wouldnt waste my money on a nylon holster , and remember the old saying , you get what you pay for .
other than that , check ebay once and a while theres always a few hundred on there (mostly cheap universal types ) but sometimes you come a across geat used one that wasnt right for someone else .
i been spying some milt sparks 1911 holsters on ebay

Wife and I both carry ours in DM Bullard. She has an IWB and I have the BodyGuard which is worn at 5:00 at 15 forward cant. Extremley comfortable. I also have a Remora which is a clipless in the waistband that stays put at whatever angle and position you want to wear it.

Tagua makes a neat, compact OWB holster. It's about $20. I HATE IWB holsters, don't get some fancy IWB holster just because that's what everybody else uses.
With this OWB Tagua, I can draw and fire in less than half a second, and it disappears under a t-shirt.

Check this guy out about 3/4 of the way down the page.
He makes the holsters and there is a link to his website in his signature.

Re: HOLSTER FOR SIG P238 ???
I recently ordered IWB and pocket holsters from PJ Holster (pjholster.com) after reading great reviews about their service. The holsters are thin Kydex and I am very happy with them-- THIN Kydex. Paul was very prompt and helpful and suggested a J-hook type for the P238 that is very comfortable (went with a C-hook type for the heavier Nano). Also like the pocket holsters-- easy to draw out of and they are firm enough with a good retention "hook". I paid $40 for the IWB holster and $15 for the mag carriers-- I think I got 2 mag carriers for $25 if I remember correctly. He also sells OWB holsters in different styles. Again, I was very pleased with the holsters and his promptness and helpful advice. I'll be ordering again if/when I can get my hands on the new P938
(Also, I like my Nano but it doesn't wear as well as the P238-- best pocket/IWB gun I've found).

Re: HOLSTER FOR SIG P238 ???
I have a crossbreed minislide OWB and the Sig pocket holster. I have ordered the minituck but currently I am thinking about a small of the back holster if I can find one that holds the gun in the position I want. Right now I prefer the pocket carry and the sig holster is head and shoulders better than the cheap uncle mike's holster that I got when I first bought the pistol. Unfortunately when the folks here talk about a drawer full of holsters, it is one the great truths on the board. It seems like the trial and error method was designed to use in searching for an individual's perfect holster. Good luck in your search.
