New Guy Today

Hello everyone:
I just found out about this Forum from another site I'am on and
decided to join as I'am waiting for my CHL.
From what I have been reading here its a very friendly and informative
site.
I am an ex USAF aircraft mech 1958 Igot out.
Drove trucks for several companys,had a couple of my own businesses,
had a injury to my knee and retrained to be an office machine tech .
worked for a large Office Machine company in houston for 10 years and
am now retired and loving it.

LOL... I was just poking a little fun. The "Are they the same?" wars on 7.62x51 v. .308 Winchester (or 5.56 NATO v. .223 Remington) can get realy amusing at times.

Thanks everyone for the welcome I hope those in the the area here can get together some time and tear up some paper.
I'am not that hot on computers and need to learn how to do quotes
and the smilies so bear with me ok?
Longtooth, got one of thoseand its a kick to shoot
KBCraig,Iknow the .308 v. 762.51 can be funny at times on those long
discussions.
