Where (in houston) is a good place to have night sights installed? I would like to take my guns to a place that has a good rep.

They did not however come with any type of sight tool like the XS sights do. I'll give it whirl at the end of the week, I have an old G19 that is pretty rough so it can be me guinea pig/test mule.
I have had two sets of TFOs done at the Arms Room and now getting my new 1911 upgraded this week there. Buy there, installed no charge and I have gotten good service.williamkevin wrote:You might consider The Arms Room in League City (I-45 & FM 646). If you buy the sights there, they will install them at no charge.

Well, I would have to say most times not. They have been getting pretty busy. But if they have the sight you want, they can do it pretty quickly, maybe by next day. You have to check the weapon in to them before they can work on it. At the old place it was a bit simplier. One time, my TFO tube came out of the XD. I went by from the PSC to drop it off. They took it back swapped the sight and took care of the warranty with Truglo for me themselves and it all happened in 10 minutes. I do not expect that everytime, but they were close to closing up and just took care of me. They have a couple of gunsmiths there now to do work and they stay busy. Nice people to deal with.Abraham wrote:gwashorn,
Were they able to do it while you waited?

I don't know of any criminals or anarchists that take responsibility for their actions, unless they are made to by our justice system-do you?
The last line is the part I feel is important. Signifying that all people are responsible for their words and actions no matter what rules, laws, or guidelines are in affect. I understand that if I break a law I and I alone am the only person responsible for the consequences no matter what my mindset.
