Noticed that they had 16% off (not sure why 16%) but was not sure how reputable they are. Anyone use them? and the 16% off code is SLLAG

Thanks

HIGHLY reputable and good prices on their sale and clearance items. I buy half my wardrobe from them. Their 5.11 pants and shirts are great.

Have to disagree with the consensus on this one. They took more than a month to ship my order to me because one belt out of three I ordered was on backorder, then it was in stock, then backorder again, then they just gave up and said it wasn't available at all. Of course, they told me NONE of this until I called to ask where my stuff was. And each time the status changed they just sat there on my order and did nothing until I called to ask where my order was.

To top it all off they didn't even include the FREE belt I was supposed to get along with an order of pants (different belt than the backordered one). I called to complain about this, was told they would rush it right out to me, that was about two weeks ago.

They won't be getting any of my money again.

IF their items are in stock, it is fast shipping. I have been waiting 3 weeks for an order because 2 of the items are on back order. For $5 more they offered to ship the items that were in stock and ship the back ordered items later. I declined and wait for the entire order as it is nothing that I have to have immediately. They don't charge till it ships either, so no loss.

I received no such offers, nor really any communiction from them at all that I did not initiate. I think it was the lack of communication, moreso that the slow deliver/backorder mess, that really irked me. I can be patient if you just let me know what is going on. But each time I called, they seemed surprised that I was even asking, as if a 4-week wait for some basic items that were in stock on the web page when I ordered them was somehow normal.

Oh well, plenty of other places to get the type of stuff they sell.

I've ordered several pants (Tactical khakis on clearance with a free belt) and shirts and have been extremely pleased with the fast delivery. Haven't had anything go backorder yet, but until they screw up and don't communicate, I'll still order from them.... thinking of doing so right now....

I have been very satisfied with the prices and services through several purchases; but then again, they may know that the Oldgringo is not one with whom to trifle. "rlol"

Average... nothing special. I am not expecting a Christmas present from them and they never bought me breakfast. There are many others just as good if not better. Go for price on this one. :tiphat:

I must say I've personally been very pleased - lots of tacticool stuff , good prices if you checkout the closeouts and I've never had a problem with the shipping time or cost. Easy to get coupon codes if you google for them.

I dont steal from the LA Police, I strictly steal from the Dallas Police gear! HA

I've had mixed success.
Stuff on sale tends to go away pretty fast and gets back ordered I needed some stuff in less than 16 days, was promised it would be there in 12. 28 Days later they sent me a notice.

Other times I've gotten stuff in a few days, but it wasnt stuff on sale hmmmmm....

Sounds like they need better inventory management.

I have received terrific customer service from Dallas Police Gear. I have been pleased with everything I purchased. Another great place is Ray's Hardware.
