How's the Beretta 90-Two?

Im looking to pick up a Beretta 9mm sometime soon and I was wondering if the 90-two is worth the price difference over the 92fs? Personally I think the 92fs looks better but I would like to hear other opinions before I make the purchase.

I agree that the original 92FS looks better. The rail cover on the 'dash' (one way folks on The Beretta Forum diferentiate) breaks up the clean lines of a classic pistol design and looks to me like a big chin (the 'Jay Leno' Beretta?!). Others may have different opinions, but I personally have no desire to attach anything to a pistol, and the rail and cover are just extra baggage.
And don't get me started on the name. I can't imagine what they were thinking at Beretta, unless maybe it works out OK in Eye-talian but not in English.

I don't have any experience with the 90two, but my teenage niece shoots the 92fs in IDPA and loves it.

HAHA... I could see Leno having one as his bedside gun of choice. I think my biggest problem with the 90-two is the rounded off trigger guard. Ive gotten used to shooting my brothers Sig P226 Blackwater Tactical with my index finger on my left hand on the trigger guard so the 90-two felt really weird when I picked it up. I read on a different forum that the 90-two has noticeably less recoil in the .40 cal version. Does anybody have first hand experience that can back up that claim? Im just struggling to find any improvements over the 92fs that warrants Beretta replacing it with the 90-two.

I much prefer the looks of the classic 92FS, but have the 90two and like it.
Hate the name, but...........
It has a steel buffer in the alloy frame for the slide to impact on.
It has a removable front sight.
It has a larger rear sight.
I shoot a lot of +P and +P+, and just feel better doing it in the 90two than in the 92.
There are supposed to be fewer parts in the 90two, but I don't at this point know much about that.

Color me wrong, but isn't the difference between and 92 and 92fs a safety addition? I could be wrong, I often am.

As far as I can tell the safety is the same on the 90-two. The only differences that I know of is the built in recoil buffer and the one piece grip that you can get in different sizes vs a 2 piece grip for the 92fs. The 90-two also comes with 17 round mags but they fit in the 92fs as well.
