Want to get the CT for my G19 and poss new addition G26 and wanted to hear what people thought. I have a crossbreed holster will the CT interfer? It's just the grip so thinking no. Heard some don't like them causes changes their grip. Probably getting he G26 for EDC since smaller and what to make sure with he laser still fits in my holster too. I know there's a new model for Glocks kinda like the 1 for the LCP but that of course wouldn't fit in my holster.

If you're concerned about fit in a holster, look at the LaserMax that replaced the guide rod. You wouldn't have any fitment problems at all with it, and if I remember right, they're not priced too much differently.

I've seen those. It don't you have to turn them on? Like the CT for CC since grip activated.

Contact Crimson Trace if you have questions. I have one on my 17 and have had no such problems.

I don't know if they're worth a darn, but you can get those lasers that replace the guide rod on a Glock. As long as they are reliable, that would seem to me to have two advantages over the CT grips: 1) no holster fit issues; and 2) the beam is in line with the bore. There should be no sight adjustment issues.
LaserMax
...oopsie....I see that Tactical_Texan_CHL has beaten me to it.

Comp-Tac has some models that will fit the Glock with the CT that fits under the trigger guard. They are supposedly coming out with an MTAC model.
Not a fan of the Lasermax. I want something that activates without additional action on my part. The grip model will change your grip slightly but nothing you can't adjust to quickly. They are coming out with a low profile model that fits like the ones for the XD.

The older CT laser with front activation does not interfere with a Crossbreed holster. I have Glock 23 with the CT and a crossbreed that is my daily carry. No issues, ever!
I also had the lasermax guide rod laser but prefer the CT for the ease of activation. Not as keen on the beavertail model of the CT though. But you still can't go wrong with either CT.

There is a relatively large gun shop I am familiar with that has a decent indoor range. They conduct CCL classes often, and you can 'rent' a handgun from them for the testing portion. Many people drop by after work, shoot various rental guns to help them determine potential purchases. They are a major Glock dealer, and most of their rentals are Glocks.
This shop has had so much trouble with the guide rod type lasers that they are removing them from their rental program, switching to CT's.
And I don't like having to switch them on. Hard to sneak up on someone that may be in your house if you have a red beam of light leading you. With the CT, you scoot your trigger finger up over the beam until you really need it.
