Is the CZ 75B in 9mm rated for +P ammo??

Yes, as far as I know. I'd not hesitate to fire the hotter ammo in it any day.
Even the older models of the High Power can handle the +P ammo, in limited quantities (and a decent amount of user care and caution). I'd be very suprised if any of the more modern full-size autos were unsuited to the task.
