Wolf Military Classic?

So, like many others, I'm stocking up on ammo. You just never know when external factors may come into play. In my quest for the lowest cost per round, I came across Wolf Military Classic ammo @ The Sportsman Guide for 28 cents a round (in quantities of 1000) for .223.

Now, I know Wolf is dirty...but aside from that, anything else I should know? Is this Wolf's lowest of the low in quality?

I like their club with 4 payments, so I'd love to buy from them for the convenience.

Cheaper than dirt has the wolf .223 for a little cheaper than that for non bulk. Paid right at $5 last week for several 20 round boxes which would add up to right at $0.25 per round.

Be careful what you use Russian steel cased in. These rounds are extremely hard on feed ramps (will mar to the point of malfunction in alloy feed ramps) as well as stressful on extractors. As a general rule, Ruskie ammo goes in ruskie guns. Is it better than nothing? Absolutely. But I wouldn't use it constantly in American weapons as they just aren't built for the hardness of steel casings.

The Wolf Classic in .223 has bi-metal jacketing and are berdan primed, with a seal around the case mouth (probably lacquer of some sort, like on S&B ammo).

The Wolf "Polyformance" (black box) in .223 may have bi-metal or copper jacketing, with boxer primers (except the HP variety, which is berdan-primed). The Wolf website claims that it has "reliable ignition", so maybe they have better primers.

I don't know if there is a substantial difference between the two. The only concern I would have is that sealant on the Wolf Classic, which may gunk up your chamber after a while. Both varieties show the same muzzle velocity for 55gr. bullets. There is an option of FMJ & SP with the Wolf Classic, whereas the Polyformance comes in FMJ & HP. The Polyformance also comes in different bullet weights (55, 62, & 75 grain) with the Wolf Classic only coming in 55 grain.
