I envision lots of people getting in trouble with this one. They'll either put on a folding stock, or a vertical grip on the foreend. Either one will turn it from a pistol to a short-barrelled rifle subject to full NFA controls.
With a bipod, though, it could be a handy-dandy portable coyote buster!
