Greetings--
G/F is having a bit of trouble with her new CZ 75 compact (9mm). The slide is tough for her to rack easliy. The slide is a bit small and has a strong spring so its hard for her to get a good grip on it.
Suggested sources for a thin shooting glove ?
Thanks--

Well these arent considered "shooting gloves" but you might want to follow my link and check out what Home Depot is selling. I've have a couple of diff. pairs of these which I use for all sorts of chores and it seems to me that they might be a cheaper alternative to actual "Shooting Gloves". I hope this helps!

Go to Academy, Sports Authority, or any other sporting goods store and look at some weight lifting gloves. They did the trick for my Mother In Law.

golf glove maybe? thin leather, and good quality would go well with a rubber grip.

i've gone through several pair. the synthetic leather is not super durable, but they're not made to be. they are really thin so you can feel everything, but you can get a good grip on things too. at $20, they're almost throwaways.

I used to jump with golf gloves. They are very light, fit well and were good for getting a grip when you have to hang on outside waiting for the exit.

My wife wears a fingerless Uncle Mikes shooting glove on her gun hand and an IsoToner (driving gloves they sell at Christmas in the mall stores) on her weak hand.
If your G/F has a pair of those IsoToner driving gloves, have her try them. I think they are less expensive shooting gloves.
The fingerless gloves are good for trigger feel, but don't protect the fingers from the sharp edged on the slide when "racking".
PS. My wife came up with the idea all by herself. So you can call it a woman tested solution. My ideas don't always work for her!!
