I think it is time to load this reporter down with email on her attitude toward the individual. Her line of questioning was TOTALLY uncalled for.

She should be looking for a job about now. Badgering an old man in a parking lot is totally unacceptable.

Ugh! I just emailed her, and Fox4 about it.

I just gave them my feedback at the station website:
----------------------------------------------
I just watched the clip of Rebecca Aguilar assaulting an elderly gentleman in a parking lot over the burglar shootings. I am at a loss of words. What kind of Jerry Springer headline mongering journalism was that? This man is not a criminal. Why the need to chase him down in a parking lot and blind side him like he was some kind of scam artist (the kind I would expect to see blind sided in a parking lot by a reporter)? All I can say is that Ms. Aguilar comes off as a hack. Viewers expect more. Fire her or send her back to broadcasting school. She obviously has no place with a major news outlet as it stands.
----------------------------------------------
I am sure when she did the piece she was just absolutely certain it had Pulitzer written all over it.....

Those who are regular watchers of the Fox News Network will recognize this tactic. while I usually notice them do it to folks I'm not particularly fond of. This type of ambush reporting is disgusting and on the same level as asking someone "How do they feel now that your kid is now dead?". I've never seen this news reporter before . But I bet she has asked this before also.

"Are you a trigger happy kind of guy?"
My anger is beyond words on this one. I expected better from Fox News. I did respond to them on this and let them know how outrageous I thought Ms. Aguilar was with her ambush interview. How long did they follow him? Fox needs to be flooded with complaints over this trash.

That had to be the worst news segment I've seen in some time. What ever happened to objective, unbiased reporting by news media?
Last week I heard an interview on NPR with the teacher who wanted to carry a gun a work - fearing her ex-husband. The report went okay until the question was asked if the lady was receiving money from the NRA in order "to push their agenda".
The only agenda I see lately is anti-gun news coverage.

I think in this case its ok to have more than one that was more people will see it. I sent in my comments on the ambush interview to FOX4 already.

Apparently, they acknowledged the emails because the clip has been removed... I'm anxious to see it though.

Like their recent, and very defective, poll, they chose to remove it rather than face more righteous anger or acknowledge their error.
My own email:
Is he "trigger happy"?
Are you microphone ambush happy?
Here is someone defending his home and livelyhood and you take him to task for it. Shame on you Aguilar, that wasn't reporting, it was yellow journalism. Why aren't you over at the criminal's family's house asking them why he chose to follow a life of crime?
Based on past performance I don't expect a reply.
