Glock MOS - Holsters and Sights

Just got my G45 MOS and a Trijicon RMR. This will be my new daily carry but I need your advice. Which sights should I get (raised/supressor) and where to get a good holster (I would prefer leather)?

I have the same setup but with a Holosun optic. I am using these sights on both my 45 and 17 that I run optics on. Can't beat the price and they are exactly what I was looking for. Tritium front and blacked out rear. Sorry I don't run a lot of leather holsters, but when I do, I've bought mine from Palmetto Leather.
