Volleyball at Kay Bailey Hutchinson

This weekend, the Lone Star Classic volleyball tournament will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. I've read reports here that the convention center is not posted. The volleyball tournament involves school-age girls, but it's not a school event (it's a "club" event). I'm confused about the rules for carry in this circumstance. I'm of a mind to carry concealed but I'm wondering if it's prohibited in this case. I do have an LTC.

Thanks for any opinions.

Not posted last time I was there several years ago.
Not listed in texas3006.com at all...

And from their website...

What is your handgun policy?
The KBHCCD follows all applicable state and local laws regarding weapons in the facility.

Thank you! What was causing my confusion was that this event involves school-age children but in a non-school event. I seem to recall some confusion over that in the past (probably my imagination) so I thought I'd check here. I did not see any related information on the tournament site, so I guess I'm good to go.

I'm attending Sunday and Monday, and I'll carry concealed.

FWIW, when my kids were in HS, doing both varsity and club sports, I would carry to club events, unless the location was at a school or other off limits location.

I'm not a lawyer. This is just my opinion, not legal advice.
