Pictures of members
Forgive me if it's been suggested before but have we ever started a thread where people can post a picture of themselves? I saw it on another forum and thought it was a good idea since so many of us post and talk to each other but if one of us saw the other walking down the street we would have no idea. Anyway if the mods are ok with it I thought maybe people would be intrested. A put a face with the name sort of thing...
My posts on this website are worth every cent you paid me for them.

This has not come up to the moderators before, but pictures of people have been posted. We will talk it over. For those that can't wait, I'd suggest using the "introduce yourself" thread and posting a picture there. If the mods agree that we shouldn't be doing that, we can delete any damage done.
But before you post a picture, I encourage you to look up some of the threads on this forum were people are really sorry that others (co-workers, etc.) found out that they carry. Once it is known, you can't take it back. Some members work hard to keep their personal identities separate from their screen names. Imagine if your boss or his boss found out, or a customer or...
Among our "friends" here, it is no big deal, but in the larger world, it can be an issue if people know that you carry a gun.
