I'll go even further and say that i'd bet that information is in the report. I just have not had time to read the whole thing (and most likely will not). I would like to see the run down on the numbers. Out of those 7265, I bet you find a lot of those were committed by established criminal and or gang affiliated thugs...
But there's no way to stop that from happening...
