Welcome Kyle
Glad to have you & especially at your age.
This will challenge us older guys to address some of the problems your generation faces w/ your restrictions on defense tools.
Dont get lost in the crowd. Stay on the board & post.
I think we need to hear from your age group.

Welcome HotRod, I am a rookie to this forum too, glad to see you went through ROTC MOUT training-- I have some nice scars when I went through it in the Corps.--

Welcome aboard chewy555.
Glad to have you & there are enough suggestions for carry on this board for you to choose from. Maybe it will be another 1911.
Now you give him a welcome jbird.

Introduce Yourself
Hello all,
I've been lurking for awhile now but I really should introduce myself.
I'm David, Let's see here are the stats:
Age - 51
Gender - Male
Profession/school status - Software Developer
Marital status - Married
Years CHL - about 9 months
Texas State Representative House District - House District 126 - Patricia Harless
Carry guns/equipment:
Me: G-27 IWB 24/7 ; BUG/Greater Concealment - Kel-Tec P-3AT pocket holster
Wife: G-26, OC spray
I reload all but our defensive carry ammunition. Have a few long guns; some hunting, some just see the range.
I would say that loading em' up is as much fun as setting them free. Well, almost
I live on the Northwest side of Houston, I've tried to make it to PSC several times, but weather, and distance have thwarted
those efforts. I did make it out to Thunder Range last Wed. to check out IDPA fun shoot there. Met Steve and Donna and
all the other great people. Planned to watch, but they had me participating instead. NO REGRETS THERE! Shot at the
bottom of the group but had a great time. (I'm joining up!)
I'll figure out the picture posting part and I'll post my carry pictures (who doesn't know what a Glock looks like though),
and my reloading setup.
I've totally enjoyed reading all the great posts and responses for some time now. I probably won't have too much to add to
most discussions but when I've got questions I know where to come.

Welcome aboard k5dmb,
I like to look at them even though we have seen them before. I really like to see others loading set up too.
Problbly ought to post a pic of mine. If you will start one on "Post you Loading bench beauties" I will follow when the wife gets home w/ the camera Next Monday. By that time I will probably be way down the list.
